Develop and implement HR strategies and policies for operations across the countries.

Develop and manage HR budget across the companies.

Responsible for all administrative matters of the company.

Handling of other ad-hoc matters as needed

Examples of activities but not limited to:

- Prepare on time accurately the monthly payroll
- Making timely statutory payments across multiple countries
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talents
- Onboarding of new employees
- Plan and execute team building activities, organise company trips, outings etc.
- Providing necessary HR support to local managers as required
- Keeping records and regular reporting of HR metrics to the management
- Keeping organizational chart up to date

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
