**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a FI Relationship Manager. The role includes tasks such as onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The FI Relationship Manager also will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with financial institutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategies to promote trade finance services to clients;
2. Manage trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections;
3. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with trade finance activities;
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders;
5. Provide guidance and support to clients on trade finance products and services;
6. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance;
7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as compliance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of trade finance transactions;
8. Prepare reports and presentations on trade finance activities for senior management;
9. Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in trade finance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) is a plus;
2. Proven experience in trade finance operations, preferably in a financial institution;
3. Strong knowledge of trade finance products and services, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections;
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Proficiency in financial software and tools;
8. Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements;
9. Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: RM57,239.00 - RM167,000.00 per year
