- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Coordinate and schedule office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
- Make travel arrangements for executives and employees.
- Coordinate logistics for business trips, including accommodation and transportation.
- Perform typing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- High school diploma; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
