HR & Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer employee leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Collaborate with Finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate updates to employee insurance coverage, including health, dental, and life insurance.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll changes, and administering employee benefits programs.

- Support employee welfare initiatives, including health and wellness programs, employee recognition events, and social activities.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and completing any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
