**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- **Employee Onboarding & Offboarding**:
- Conduct employee onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into the company.
- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- **Performance Management**:
- Coordinate performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous development.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when necessary.
- **HR Policies & Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and company structure.
- **Payroll & Benefits Administration**:
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Handle employee leave records and claims management.
- **HR Reporting & Analytics**:
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyze HR data to make recommendations on improving employee engagement and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
