HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist department heads in day-to-day HR matters
- Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks
- Assist in implementing HR policies, systems, and operating procedures
- Assist in documenting process flow charts on HR operational procedures
- Assist in Payroll preparation (overtime, public holiday, attendance, etc.)
- Assist in Government Statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF)
- Assist in the process of on-boarding and off-boarding staff
- Maintain and update employee records such as personnel files and documentation of disciplinary actions
- Assist in the full recruitment life cycle (surveying job platform, screening, interviewing, checking references)
- Assist in staff’s performance management processes and updating employment confirmation
- Administering e-Leave management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, studies, etc
- Primary contact for the employees that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc and ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Working with branch/dept. managers to implement the company's policies and goals
- Upkeep employee handbook according to latest HR policy and in line with HQ guideline
- Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well-versed in **HR2000 Quick Pay (Payroll)**, sound knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and Industrial Relations Act.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and oral
- Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate, read and write in **Mandarin, English, Malay**:
- At least possess Diploma/Advanced Diploma or above qualification
- Willing to work at **Publika, KL**
