Talent Sourcer

You have experience hiring for your company or within a certain industry? Sounds good Are you up to showcase your skills at the international level then? We are looking for a junior talent sourcer to support our Senior Consultants in serving our clients across different industries. You will be part of the team in Malaysia, contributing to our deliverables as a globally recognised partner in recruitment for more than 30 years.

You will:

- Work alongside senior consultants and business development manager to understand the recruiting needs of the Clients.
- Research, gather, analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and provide insightful information to the team and Client.

You are:

- Agile, observant, always ready to learn and have strong ownership of the tasks assigned.
- Good in communicating and relationship building.
- Proven with hands-on experience in recruiting or associated industry.
- Result-oriented and willing to push boundaries to ensure quality deliverables.
- Solid in both English and Chinese, written and verbally as majority of our clients are from China.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
