- Minimum Degree in Architectural Courses with 1 year of working experience as an Architect.
- Revit and 3D rendering ability is an advantages.
- Support and participate in Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company’s QHSE objectives and targets are met.
- Prepare architectural design proposal project for Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design.
- Develop design using Client standard design handbook where possible and adhere to codes and standards used for Quantity Surveyors to develop cost estimates.
- Address any issues related to design throughout the project lifecycle that could arise due (but not limited) to: change in customer requirement.
- Review architectural design from external Consultants or Contractor (office buildings, technical office, store, warehousing facilities, staff quarters, resort, academic / training buildings, renovation / upgrading / refurbishment / restoration of the existing building, etc.)

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
