Call Center Officer

Answer & follow up retail travel agents’ inquiries on our full range of travel products.
- Confirm bookings and issue invoices
- Document sorting & filing
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
**Requirements**:
- Must be authorized to work in Malaysia
- Experience not necessary as on-job training will be provided
- Must work on full time at night shifts: 5 days per week; 9pm to 6am / 12am to 9am (8 hours plus 1-hour break)
- Basic computer knowledge & excellent phone manner
- Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
