Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Content Labellers are responsible for selecting and reviewing labels that are applied to videos and ensuring that they are identified correctly.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

What will I be doing?
- You will be responsible for reviewing content and assigning appropriate labels.
- You will be providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement through quality evaluation and data analysis.
- You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and tools.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- You possess previous experience performing an Operations based role, ideally within a Content Safety or Social media/video environment.
- You have a strong eye for detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
- You have experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
- Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials
- Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
