**工作職責**:
負責全方位的人力資源職能,包括招募、薪資、培訓和發展、行政和其他人力資源相關事務。
**職位描述**:
維護和更新員工個人檔案、考勤記錄、請假處理和上級分配的相關文件
負責相應的薪資管理事宜並與財務部門聯絡。
不時與各自的 HOD 就招募流程及其標準進行聯絡。
為離職人員辦理離職面談並提供相關文件。
準備培訓相關資料、HRDC 補助金申請和培訓報銷申請並更新記錄。
確保所有 EL/病假均已提交並相應記錄。
了解政府不時對任何人力資源相關事宜做出的任何變更。
與面板診所聯絡,及時更新有權享有門診醫療保險福利的員工名單。
處理和管理員工和管理層對所有人力資源相關事宜的詢問
執行管理層指派的任何臨時任務。
**要求**:
候選人必須至少擁有人力資源管理文憑或學位或同等學歷。
需要至少2年相關領域的工作經驗
反之亦然,使用 SAGE 薪資系統將增加優勢。
能夠在最少的監督下工作,獨立且富有創意地規劃日常任務。
擁有良好的電腦知識、人際溝通和溝通能力。
能夠立即開始工作並願意在Kuchai Lama工作的優先候選人。
擁有自己的交通工具
良好的英語、普通話和馬來語口語能力。
必須能夠在快節奏的環境中工作。
具備按時完成任務、組織性、一絲不苟、注重細節、自主啟動的態度和心態。
