We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, training and engagement. To perform well in this role you should have experience in the HR, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

THE JOBSCOPE
- Ensure payroll software system in line with the Company’s requirement.
- Accurate processing and computing of Payroll.
- Ensure payroll reports are accurate and printed for reference promptly.
- Ensure datelines of payment are met i.e. Employee’s remuneration, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax or any other submission/payment relating to Payroll.
- Registration of employees with statutory bodies.
- Maintain a systematic filing.
- Perform all administrative work in accordance to policies and regulations.
- Assist in employment, attrition and appraisal process.
- Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employees following established standards, policies & procedures; assist them in the orientation, training and development and evaluation process.
- Ensure employees’ personal records in order and updated.
- Ensure proper maintenance of furniture, fittings and equipment in Human Resources and Training Office.
- Provides coaching, counselling and welfare services to all employee, through their Department Head or through Human Resources Department.
- Assist in employees’ counselling and to be the Company’s Investigating Officer or Prosecutor Officer in Domestic Inquiry.
- Investigates and review all disciplinary actions; coordinates with department heads/ GM on affirmations action; recommends and clear with Management final action to be taken regarding od discipline.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws; attends to all labour requirements; coordinates with retained labour law office regarding labour inspection and other cases brought before government agencies and courts.
- To stay abreast of the latest changes in statutory requirement in relation with Human Resources.
- Disseminate and publication of information affecting employer-employee relation, employee activities and Company policies.
- Keep track and inform employee of development and trends in labour situation, social legislation and labour management relations.
- Processing of expatriate or foreign worker’s work permit if any.
- Ensure outsources workers permit, documentation in order and updated.
- Ensure updated Rules and Regulations and employee Hand Book.
- Assists and oversee arrangements for employee sporting and social activities, including Annual Staff Party, Recreation, welfare programme; in charge in employee reward recognition programs.
- To chairs the quarterly staff communication day or events.
- Assist in the CSR projects/activities.
- Initiate, prepares and executes and special or ad-hoc employee program.
- Upkeep and maintenance of the Personnel office, employee locker rooms and lockers, and employee cafeteria.
- Prepares and submit accurate monthly HR or any related report on time.
- Assist in internship placement process.
- Any replace Job tasks that are given by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Ability to give presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in business administration, human resources management or a relevant field.
