**Client**: A subsidiary of a leading oil and gas exploration and production company
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Type of hiring**: Contract
**Job Description**:
- Assist in all daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks like typing, scanning, and mail distribution, as well as managing phone calls.
- Manage secretarial duties and handle confidential matters related to the company.
- Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, maintaining accurate records and providing timely reminders.
- Prepare presentation materials for various audiences.
- Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and executive reports to corporate management.
- Complete monthly corporate card statements online.
- Manage important business documents and correspondence on behalf of the Country Manager.
- Communicate with Corporate Office and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with departments on administrative and operational matters.
- Process reimbursement requests and verify claims.
- Maintain office filing systems and manage correspondence for the General Manager.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and other assignments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Private Secretarial Course (PSC) or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Mature with a pleasant demeanor, positive attitude, strong organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
