Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager Home

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager Home to join our team at Hunters International Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion the category and product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the in-year delivery of the product plan, ensuring the portfolio achieves pre-agreed objectives.
  • Lead and implement the product marketing strategy for the next 3 years, driving innovation and growth.
  • Develop and manage the innovation pipeline for the category, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful and current non-sellable products, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with Regional and Local teams to source and launch products, integrating them into global assortments.
  • Drive the product P&L to deliver against challenging yet exciting financial growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Digital Marketing, Creative Design, and Business Development functions to identify customer and network needs and opportunities.
  • Manage the existing product portfolio, working closely with the product development team to bring key pieces of innovation to market.
  • Build Qnet Brand Equity, ensuring product marketing activities build long-term brand equity and in-market results.
  • Manage relationships with key external agencies and other market stakeholders.
  • Manage costings, simulations, commercial feasibility, and work towards increasing gross profits of the category managed.
  • Create and police critical paths for all activities within development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • High talent with leadership potential, graduate calibre.
  • Strong core leadership competencies.
  • Significant and relevant professional experience within Personal Care/Beauty.
  • Ideally a mix of traditional retail and multi-level marketing with International scope.
  • At least 5 years previous product experience preferred from the Home & Living category.
  • High levels of creativity and ideally innovation experience.
  • A digital native, in touch with the world of start-up.

  • Proven track-record of delivering projects with positive results.
  • Understanding of the product development and/or stage gate process, including concept and sensory testing, quality and regulatory, and product registration.
  • Management of large internal stakeholder groups.
  • A strong and proven project manager.

  • Experience in bringing teams together and leading them toward a shared goal.
  • Ability to deliver a clear message and ask of your audience (internal/agencies).
  • Experience of driving a strategic planning process, proven budget management, presentation, and communication skills.

Remuneration:
