Job Title: CMO SEAT Sourcing Manager

Haleon is seeking a highly skilled CMO SEAT Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Cross-BU Procurement organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing contractual terms with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) for the supply of our marketed products and future innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for advancing supply relationships with CMOs that address cost, service, quality, lead time, working capital, and innovation.
  • Direct and manage the CMO Procurement Supply Strategy across assigned CMOs, developing cost management strategies and associated targets.
  • Liaise with Direct Procurement relating to raw materials and packaging spend within assigned CMOs.
  • Implement standard work processes across Procurement responsibilities in line with Global direction, aligned with Integrated Sourcing Program and Contract Life Cycle Management processes.
  • Ensure robust contract compliance processes are in place and in use across assigned CMOs.
  • Assess, monitor, and remediate CMO material management capabilities to ensure success in servicing business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of operational Procurement experience.
  • Knowledge of Procurement tools such as sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, supplier development, and others.
  • In-depth understanding of external environment and supplier relationship models.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and legal matters.
  • Clear understanding of business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks.
  • Significant experience working in a matrix (global/regional) business environment.
  • Strong networking skills and a proven ability to build productive and collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, often under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with risk management.
