We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at UCSI International School Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our school's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Advertising: Work with our Supervisor and School Principals to create and execute corporate and tactical advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency in our creative message and media activities.
- Maximizing Advertising Budget: Ensure that our advertising budget is utilized effectively by maintaining consistency in our creative message and media activities.
- Media Management: Review market segmentation and other relevant marketing reports to ensure that our media scheduling aligns with our target audience.
- Event Planning: Plan, organize, and coordinate all open days, education fairs, previews, and marketing events to promote our school's brand and services.
- Digital Marketing: Identify areas for improvement, conceptualize digital marketing activities, and oversee their execution with various schools and Group Corporate Affairs.
- Website and Social Media: Update our website with timely and accurate information, develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Collaterals: Coordinate the production of printed materials, ensure best-priced quotations, and monitor inventory of marketing collaterals.
- Student Enrolment: Drive student enrolment targets, provide course counselling, and follow up on enrolment leads to ensure accurate information is presented to prospective students and parents.
- Skills: Social Media Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, Media Management, Event Management, Copywriting, Reporting, Basic Visual Design, Microsoft Office Skills.
- Personal Qualities: Positive Attitude, Excellent Problem-Solving and Building Rapport, Organising/Planning Ability, Passion for Events, Excellent Verbal Communication, Excellent Personal Work Ethic.
