Job Summary

As a key member of the Zurich 56 Company Ltd team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and service operations of the Strategic Business Unit, driving profitable growth through strategic business development, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase new business and retention in all account product offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage a high-performing team of sales and service professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee the customer service index program, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, implementing changes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Design and implement annual budgets for the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Set and execute operational objectives and plans, aligned with the strategy of the Shared Services Unit/Strategic Business Unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operating standards, monitoring and evaluating activities to identify potential risks and issues.
Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 or more years of experience in sales and service operations.
  • 2 or more years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving new business and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial statements and financial reports to inform business decisions.

Preferred:

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of customers' business and operations, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
