Job Description

At Versatile Creation Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced Chief Corporate Communication Strategist to lead our corporate communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that promote the company's brand, values, and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that effectively promote the company's brand, values, and mission.
  • Manage the creation of corporate communications materials, including press releases, speeches, annual reports, and internal communications.
  • Oversee media relations efforts, including building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage for the company.
  • C Coordinate crisis communication strategies to manage and mitigate reputational risks effectively.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and develop communication guidelines for the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align corporate communication strategies with business objectives and initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior communication staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies is essential. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are required, as well as strong media relations experience and ability to work collaboratively across functions and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Estimated salary: RM120,000 - RM180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
