As a key player in advancing our movement, you'll inspire meaningful connections with customers, partners, and stakeholders, delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Strengthening existing and establishing new partnership relationships with intermediaries to achieve mutual benefits and profitable goals.

* Managing and building long-term business relationships and driving sourcing, negotiating, and on-boarding clients via intermediaries.

* Working with Segment Management to understand the value proposition of the 'go-to-market' delivery strategy and driving execution to activate/acquire and grow partnerships of the assigned intermediaries.

* Collaborating with Client Solution to identify potential business deals and co-develop proposals to win and close the deals.

* Working with Client Management to drive timely renewals of policies and ensure follow-up and closure of servicing issues.

* Becoming the single point of contact for intermediaries for potential business deals, renewal, upselling, cross-selling, and after-sales service.

* Driving adoption for Company-focused initiatives, such as Voluntary Solutions and Corporate Vitality, via intermediaries.

* Working with Marketing to plan and implement engagement activities to deepen and champion good business relationships with intermediaries.

* Tracking sales performance and profitability of partnerships/accounts and preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A degree in any related field of study.

* Minimum 9 years of working experience in relationship management and commercial client/corporate client-facing roles.

* Experience working with insurance partners, such as brokers, is an advantage.

* Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

* Self-motivation, passion, resourcefulness, proactivity, result-driven, and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environment.

* Good computer skills, preferably in Excel and PowerPoint.
