Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance and Account Executive to join our team at HARIMATEC MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and submit full sets of accounts, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Cash Management and Control: Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Inventory Management and Control: Manage inventory levels, track inventory movements, and ensure accurate inventory valuations.
  • Financial Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial, statutory, and regulatory legislations, policies, and procedures, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, provide guidance and coaching, and ensure effective team performance.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement strategic financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance or other accounting-related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting in manufacturing industries.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
  • Benefits: Medical and hospital insurance, performance bonus, and contractual bonus.
