Salary:

We offer a competitive remuneration package with regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes. Based on industry standards and the requirements of this role, we estimate an annual salary range of $80,000 - $120,000.

Job Description:

This Business Development Expert will play a key role in expanding our presence in Malaysia, developing business relationships with new and existing partners, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients, including but not limited to converting leads into clients and establishing business relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Actively hunt for trading professionals in all social and professional platforms, forums, blogs, and communities to engage them as clients or partners.
  • Identify and utilize the most effective marketing channels to promote the company and its products locally.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other company partners, working closely with customer support to provide an impeccable user experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and back-office teams to prepare necessary sales and marketing content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, proactively working to retain and reactivate clients and partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Regularly monitor affiliates and partners to optimize their activities and performance, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, providing feedback on the customer journey to management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in the FX/CFD and online trading industry.
  • Native or near-native Korean language skills, with excellent English communication abilities.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Economy, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to influence and persuade mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
