Job Description:

  • Handle accounts bookkeeping, including daily transactions, checking, verification, and follow-up.
  • Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques).
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
  • Liaise with authorities and government agencies for applications and approvals.
  • Liaise with forwarders and logistic companies for import and export matters.
  • Perform tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a related field.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month.
