Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary to join our team at Career Horizons. As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and professional Company Secretarial function by utilizing cloud services across our organization.

About the Role

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the company's secretarial function, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of secretarial documents, such as company registers and minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company Secretarial function.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in company secretarial administration, preferably with experience in cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
