Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Agensi Pekerjaan Great Pyramid Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our expanding team in Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of work experience and a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Professional proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential, as well as software sales experience with Graphisoft, SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar.
This role involves achieving all sales and revenue goals for assigned customer segments by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and vendors. The position requires business development and deal-making skills, including strategic consulting, needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing and contract negotiations, and working with internal experts to propose solutions to prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Forming and building relationships with existing clients to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and services.
- Supporting branding and business development in new domains or markets.
- Attending industry functions such as conferences and providing feedback on market trends.
- Identifying opportunities for campaigns, resellers, or other channels that can lead to increased sales or a more efficient sales process.
- Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
We are offering a competitive salary of RM180,000 - RM200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
