Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our precision engineering factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of production tasks, controlling product quality, and managing the factory team to improve employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the overall operation of the factory to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
  • Manage and motivate the factory team to achieve production targets.
  • Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably machinery.
  • At least 10 years of experience in factory management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the factory team.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
