Senior Executive, Marketing Strategy

**Job Summary**

  • **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**: Monitor and report on divisional key performances, providing regular analysis with actionable insights.
  • **Strategic Reporting**: Prepare board papers and other management reports/presentations for the Management and Board.
  • **Marketing Effectiveness**: Track and analyze the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives.
  • **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with consumer trends and marketing best practices through open-source market research.
  • **Customer Insights**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aeon Credit's customers through regular comparative reporting and data analysis of internal customer data sets.
  • **Project Coordination**: Coordinate activities between departments to ensure timely completion of key projects.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Degree or suitable qualification in Business Management/Marketing.
  • **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the financial or banking industry.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
  • **Soft Skills**: Detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, robust analytical and customer insight skills, team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven.
  • **Adaptability**: Able to work independently with high ownership, multi-task, and meet deadlines; prepared to take on other roles and responsibilities when required.
