About the Role

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from design concept to site supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Supervision and Coordination: Oversee site operations, ensure compliance with building specifications, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
  • Design and Documentation: Review and approve construction drawings, shop-drawings, and design specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts, negotiate with subcontractors, and verify contractor claims and variations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely information flow and successful project delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress, ensure compliance with budget and timeframes, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality workmanship, materials, and finishes throughout the project.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project/construction management or property development.
  • Skills: Solid technical knowledge in property development, construction, and contract administration; good liaison skills with local authorities, government agencies, contractors, and consultants; good interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Additional Requirements: Knowledge of CAD programs and MS Project is an added advantage; proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
