Job Description

RighthirePlus is seeking a seasoned Toll Charge Operations Manager to lead the efficient and effective operation of our road charge stations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of all aspects of road charge station operations, including planning, organizing, and directing activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Management of departmental administrative approvals, P&L planning, and review and updating of essential documents.
  • Effective management of key functions, including Road Charge Collection Services, Equipment Maintenance, and Management Information Systems.
  • Maintenance of stable and uninterrupted road charge operations, ensuring compliance with all procedures related to collection and reporting of road charges.
  • Daily management and operational processes of the road charge system, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and timely reporting.
  • Analysis of traffic data and revenue reports to support management decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to policies, procedures, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Leadership efforts to improve operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing road charge operations or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the entire road charge operations life cycle.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and make quality decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
