Executive Assistant Sought for F&B Company

We are a reputable talent recruitment agency, Talent Recruit, representing a leading client in the food and beverage industry. As our client continues to expand, we seek an accomplished Senior Administrative Coordinator to Executive Leader to support their management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters at all times, both during and after employment.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations, including:
    • Reminding the executive of critical tasks and deadlines.
    • Coordinating events and conferences.
    • Welcoming visitors, guests, and clients during functions, corporate visits, and off-site meetings.
    • Attending and preparing minutes for operation meetings, followed by necessary actions.
    • Accompanying executives to meetings as required.
  • Support market research and other necessary tasks when needed.
  • Facilitate communication between designers, suppliers, mall leasing teams, and others for product development.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience as an administrative coordinator or assistant is advantageous.
  • Independence and high efficiency are essential qualities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary, estimated to be around RM 35,000 - RM 45,000 per annum, will be offered to the successful candidate. Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
