About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Applications team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work with other stakeholders, technical team members, and business analyst stakeholders to understand system requirements and design and develop solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced growing company. You will be responsible for streamlining current automation and maintaining the integrity of the data as Salesforce is the source of truth at Nintex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce Platform, including work in Apex, Visualforce, and data migration.
  • Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
  • Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, approval processes, and workflows.
  • Facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation as required.
  • Responsible for Database and data integrity, including but not limited to deduplication and cleanup.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other developers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Experience, preferably in a Lightning environment.
  • Development training/experience with code (any) and SF automation tools using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups.
  • Managed Package/Integration Experience (nice to have but not required), including Outreach, Conga, Kimble, Tableau CRM, E2CP, LeanData, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Celigo.
  • Team player with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
