Job Overview

Fragomen is seeking a seasoned Change Management Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adaptation to change, and maximizing employee engagement throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess the impact of proposed changes and identify potential areas of resistance.
  • Create communication plans to convey the purpose, benefits, and details of changes to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough change readiness assessments and identify key metrics to measure the success of change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for successful change adoption.
  • Foster a culture of openness and collaboration, encouraging feedback and addressing concerns related to changes.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their change leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of change management activities, making continuous improvements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in change management to enhance organizational agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully implementing complex organizational changes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze and articulate the business impact of changes and develop strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in utilizing change management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
