Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python, and Shell Scripts. You will also contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and provide guidance to junior developers and suggestions to other colleagues with deep understanding of technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality products through participation in code review and design reviews.
  • Build high-quality products and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning.
  • Propose and implement solutions/products using Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python, and Shell Scripts.
  • Provide guidance to junior developers and suggestions to other colleagues with deep understanding of technology stacks.
  • Propose better software architecture with the right design pattern at suitable situations.
  • Provide in-depth support to Technical Support Analysts.
  • Work with the front-end team to build high-performance, user-friendly, and stable web products.
  • Solve puzzles from client feedback and logs to find out the real cause.
  • Research up-to-date technology stacks to bring better performance and higher quality products to stakeholders.
  • Write documentation for different technologies and knowledge to share among everyone.
  • Provide insights for database performance and stability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A diploma/bachelor's degree or professional certificates in computer science/information technology/software engineering.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development.
  • Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Shell Scripts.
  • A good understanding of and practical experience with Java Web-based application development.
  • Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, and design patterns.
  • Experience using Spring & Hibernate in programming works is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with different source control tools.
  • Good knowledge of microservices is an added advantage.
  • Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement is an added advantage.
  • Experience in DevOps-related tasks is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of billing/charging interfaces/API is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
