Job Title: HR Assistant

About the Role:

Talent Recruit is representing a client that specializes in providing sustainability solutions for the marine and offshore industries. They are looking for an HR Assistant to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to making employment offers
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external sourcing channels
  • Review recruitment and sourcing strategies
  • Manage graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs, and other strategic initiatives
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Prepare HR documentation for employees' personnel files
  • Prepare reports on HR-related metrics
  • Assist with employee benefits administration
  • Coordinate employee events and activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software
