About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Strategist to join our team at Involve Asia. As a key member of our revenue products team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with publishers and partners, onboarding new publishers, and providing a world-class customer success experience.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships at all levels within the organization, from technical stakeholders to senior executives. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing metrics to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with publishers and partners
  • Onboard new publishers and provide a world-class customer success experience
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to recommend optimizations
  • Identify new opportunities to engage the publisher with InvolveAsia platform
Requirements
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate consistency in character and provide superior support
  • Demonstrate flawless communication skills - verbally and written
  • Demonstrate the desire to take initiative, think out of the box, and learn about the relevant product information InvolveAsia offers
  • Develop exciting strategies to boost revenue and execute them across the board with the team
What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing/digital marketing, communication, sales, business development, or account management
  • Thorough understanding of the entire marketing stack and familiarity with tools and technologies
  • Strong client management experience and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret business data and metrics
  • Good computer literacy
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin
