HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to support our client's team in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes that support the company's strategic objectives and employee needs. This role plays a crucial part in managing key HR functions with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Handle and process payroll in accordance with Singapore MOM's employment Act.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the onboarding process including employment contract, HRIS, and administrative tasks.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by job posting and shortlisting candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and administrative tasks.
- General HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
- Understanding of payroll systems, Singapore labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Infotech systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
