Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient completion of production tasks, controlling product quality, and managing a team of employees to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the overall operation of the factory to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Manage and develop a team of employees to improve performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, preferably in machinery.
  • At least 10 years of experience in factory management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good customer communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
