1. Download, extract and print E-Commerce orders on a daily basis before the cut off time

2. Pick and pack all E-Commerce orders within the stipulated service level agreement timeframes

3. Arrange and coordinate courier pick ups with the respective 3PL companies

4. Arrange and communicate with warehouse, boutiques and counters for stock transfers, if required to fulfil an order

5. Maintain the e-commerce warehouse and responsible for all stock counts within the e-commerce warehousing area.

6. Updates POS system with stock movement details for all e-commerce orders

7. Supports inventory and safety stock management. Partake in stocktake exercise to ensure all stock counts are accurate

8. Assist warehouse team with their pick and pack when needed.

9. Flexible working day/ hours, able to work during weekends on an adhoc basis on the forward planning of department leads
