HR & Admin Executive

To handle HR functions includes union payroll, recruitment and other HR related matters
- To handle HR practices are in compliance with regulatory
- Monitor assistant progress on daily administrative task to ensure no delay
- Monitor assistant progress on yearly company licenses and CIDB no delay
- Monitor assistant progress on yearly office upkeep and maintenance no delay
- To handle office supplies general purchase and price negotiation
- To support and coordinate IT to ensure system run smooth and no interruption
- To handle staff air-ticket, hotel accommodation and etc
- Sourcing new suppliers, vendors and contractors.
- To stand by and back up for receptionist
- Develop & maintain filling system to ensure filling are up-to-date
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
