**Job Responsibility**
- **SOP Monitoring and Compliance**_:_
- Regularly review company processes to ensure they are in compliance with established SOPs.
- Conduct routine audits and spot checks to ensure all departments follow standard protocols.
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor adherence to SOPs.
- **SOP Implementation**_:_
- Coordinate the rollout of new or updated SOPs, ensuring employees are informed and trained.
- Facilitate the transition to updated protocols and ensure that new procedures are integrated into daily operations smoothly.
- **SOP Revision and Improvement**_:_
- Serve as the point of contact for any questions or issues regarding SOP changes.
- Regularly review existing SOPs for potential improvements, based on operational feedback, changing regulations, or technological advancements.
- Work with relevant departments to revise SOPs as needed and ensure that revisions are in line with both business goals and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that documentation of SOPs is updated and stored in accessible formats for all employees.
- **Collaboration and Communication**_:_
- Collaborate with department heads, management, and cross-functional teams to gather input on SOP effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear and regular communication on changes to SOPs and ensure all staff members are adequately briefed and trained.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions on new or updated SOPs.
- **Risk Management and Problem Resolution**_:_
- Identify risks associated with non-compliance or inefficient SOPs, and develop solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Investigate reported issues related to SOP non-adherence and propose corrective actions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**_:_
- Maintain comprehensive records of all SOPs, revisions, and implementation processes.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on SOP compliance, areas for improvement, and suggested changes.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good in SOP review, revision and implementation
- Prefer in Construction related industry
- Have own transportation due to need to travel to Project Site for SOP review.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
