Job description:
**Job Title**:Logistic & Warehouse Admin

**Department**:Logistic & Warehouse Department

**Reports to**:Logistic & Warehouse Admin

**Minimum Requirement**
- STPM / Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant field.
- 1 - 2 years experiences
- Experience in Logistic & Warehouse management
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Possess own transport

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Handle documentation for stock in/out, delivery orders (DO), invoices, and packing lists.
- Update and maintain accurate stock movement records in the AutoCount system.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with transporters, suppliers, and customers.
- Assist in monitoring incoming shipments and ensure timely unloading and proper documentation.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and storekeepers to ensure proper inventory control.
- Support daily administrative tasks including filing, printing, and document sorting.
- Assist in monthly stock takes and reconciliation.
- Prepare basic reports on stock levels, delivery status, and movement summaries.
- Ensure all warehouse documents are properly filed and accessible for audit.
- Follow and enforce company SOPs and safety guidelines in all warehouse activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
