_**Our client is a well established healthcare services provider and the successful incumbent will be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.**_

**Key Roles**:

- To supervise daily smooth running of the operation of the branch
- Updating and monitoring of clinic appointment schedule
- Monitoring of entire clinic’s service quality, customer’s feedback, special request and complaints (If there’s any)
- Equipped with good products knowledge of company and introduce to clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep updated on prices and promotions of all product categories
- Keep track of all payment collection and monitoring of daily cash sales record and balance
- Keep record of inventory (clinic medical suppliers/consumables/pantry supplies) and to make arrangement with purchasing staff when stock is low
- To ensure clinic environment is at optimum condition
- To contact vendor/PIC accordingly when issue arises/ for routine maintenance (PCS/cleaning company/repair work)
- To arrange team duty roaster
- To handle and control staff on leave, Public holidays replacement off etc ensuring there is enough staffing at workplace.
- To monitor daily reporting of front desk receptionist
- To prepare and submit monthly report
- To prepare monthly staff attendance and overtime for approval by Operations Manager to sign off before payroll.Weekly meeting with Operations Manager for reporting and updates of branch matters

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years operation experience **in **retail / wellness centre / healthcare / TCM** industries.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills, self motivated and customer service oriented.
- Proficient in **Mandarin** (spoken & written) to support business needs.
- Permanent vacancy based in Bangsar South, KL.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
