As a Building Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and upkeep of machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems within the condominium. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, attending to breakdowns, troubleshooting, and ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Undertake minor electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and demonstrate knowledge of ACMV systems.
- Possess technical expertise to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions during breakdowns.
- Take care of building facilities and ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Complete work orders as assigned by the Building Manager and Provide regular updates to the Building Manager on the status of assigned work.
- Ensure all maintenance work is undertaken to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Participate in a rotating 24-hour call service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during all maintenance activities.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Technical knowledge and skills in electrical, plumbing, painting, and ACMV systems.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
