**Mission of the Position**

To ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works at the construction site. The M&E Site Supervisor acts as a crucial liaison between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all M&E systems are delivered according to technical specifications, within timeline, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and project progress; provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing and Contracts for material procurement and progress claim submissions.
- Ensure all M&E works are carried out in compliance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to prepare documentation and reports up to project handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site, providing expert guidance where necessary.
- Attend and contribute to technical coordination meetings and project briefings.
- Report on site conditions and project status in regular meetings.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM** or **Diploma** in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- **1-2 years** of experience in M&E supervision, preferably in high-rise or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, technical specifications, and construction standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- **Proficient in English and Malay** (both written and spoken).
- **Ability to speak Mandarin** is an added advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Possession of a valid **CIDB Green Card** is required.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and submission processes is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.

Pay: RM2,007.99 - RM4,000.00 per month
