**Objectives of the Position**
- Oversight local country operational strategy: implement, administer, coordinate and enforce policies/requirements and procedures. The scope is defined as end to end travel process for a country or a country cluster.
- Be an advocate for all businesses and functions within that country/country cluster.

**Main Tasks**
- Implements and support a detailed Business Plan, which includes goals and objectives with the regional travel management.
- Coordinate with local travel coordinators and being their advocate to implement, administer, coordinate and enforce policies/requirements and procedures in each country.
- Benchmark current state on an ongoing review against regional and local market
- Serves as the main point of contact for each country local travel coordinator for their local demand-oriented service provision.
- Benchmark current state on an ongoing review against regional and local market
- Support demand-oriented service provision and system support: support the operations, processes and implementation of travel incl. all related services on a country/country cluster-level.
- Ensure maximizing business productivity and minimizing overall costs on a country/county cluster-level.
- Serves as the main point of contact for the organization for local demand-oriented service provision and regional travel manager.
- Communicate with internal & external stakeholder after consulting Regional Travel Manager.
- Vendor management: managing Travel Management Company resources and close service quality gaps
- Working closely with local (country) travel coordinators and Global Procurement Team & Global Travel Manager on all RPF (annual hotel/airline and TMC)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field
- Preferably with at least 1 year of related domestic and international travel, online tools, payment and expense programs, meetings management, local travel regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with colleagues across cultures and regions
- Demonstrated organizational, project implementation and reporting skills
- Detail orientated, being able to multi-task, ability to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency
- Proven verbal/written communication skills
- Demonstrated working relationship with travel related vendors

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
