**Responsibilities**:

- **6 months intensive training** covering the principles of Operations and Management - to develop skills & knowledge in retail industry.
- To learn about Selling Floor and Backroom Management, Inventory Control and Ordering, Manpower Management and Customer Service.
- To learn about business strategy - Product displays and merchandise management
- To ensure smoothness of day to day operation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good in verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiast and agile to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Possess great time-management and self-discipline.
- Applicants must be willing to work at any of our AEON Stores Nationwide.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
