1. Manage and oversee day to day operations of the Proposal department to effectively support the company’s operation.
2. Manage and oversee day to day operations of the Proposal department to effectively support the company’s operation.
3. Lead and manage all work related to preparation of proposal not limited to receipt of ITB, reviewing, distributing of document, compiling of proposal, responding to all clarification until successful award of contract or projects.
4. Lead company’s team in any meeting with client and other parties such as Joint Venture partner during bidding and proposal preparation phase.
5. Discuss and formalize company’s bidding strength in the projects.
6. Initiate and review risk assessment analyses and to discuss any findings with management of company.
7. Initiate and coordinate the review of contract terms and conditions, legal requirements and to discuss any outcome with management of company.
8. Develop and initiate training development plan for department staffs.
9. Undertake any other duties as required by the MD from time to time.
10. Integrate and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) element in all activities to ensure company’s QHSSE objectives and targets are met.
