**Collection -** Responsible on collection and maintaining accounting records of customer payment and other payment and expenses.

**Support**:

- To provide necessary support to front liner in achieving sales promises to

customer.

**Reporting-**Sending daily report without failed.

**ACK**-Responsible of document processing for ACK within 24 hours

**Complaints.**help management dealing with customer complaints.

**Finance-**To monitor and collect disbursement within 48 hours.

*PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE FIELD*

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

**Experience**

At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry

**Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
