Job description
- Report all incidents and breakdowns of electrical equipment to Department Manager and to attend and solve electrical problems together with other Chargeman & Electrical Technician.
- Assist the Department Manager in the planning and carrying out of all preventive Maintenance and routine job.
- To inspect and monitor HT and LV room, switchgear, bus ducts, transformer, and TNB supply.
- Establish and review Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all electrical operation needs and requirements for Mechanical & Electrical Works
- Performance monitoring and continuous improvement of the Mall electrical equipment, and system towards achieving low operational cost and reliability
- To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as:
► Air Conditioning System

► Plumbing System

► Fire Protection System

► LPG System

► Water Supply System

JOB REQUIREMENT:
*Chargeman BO 11 KV certificate of competency from Energy Commission (EC).

*Preferably 3 years’ experience in building maintenance services/facilities management services in shopping mall operations.

*Hands-on experience, good responsibility, and self-discipline

*Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

*Good communication and leadership skills at every level of the organisation.

*Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.88 per month
