**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hostess / RSVP Admin to join our team at a new Modern Mediterranean restaurant in KLCC. This role will be responsible for managing reservations, event bookings, and guest relations to ensure a seamless dining experience. The position reports directly to the Outlet Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and event bookings.
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining flow.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms efficiently.
- Maintain reservation records and provide reports to management.
- Support in planning and execution of private events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar guest relations role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
- Professional, well-presented, and service-oriented.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
