**Requirements**:

- Prior proven experience as E-commerce executive or similar position is strongly preferred, fresh grad is welcome also
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, of course to know Bahasa Malaysia & English as well, it will be a plus point
- Familiar with online e-commerce platforms eg. Lazada, Shopee, FB, IG
- Fast-learner, Flexibility, and adaptability (Fast-paced working environment)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow own e-commerce site and marketplace sites, such as Shopee, Lazada, PG Mall, etc.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reply to information - Respond to and resolve customer questions and issues
- Take photo, edit photo, video and post to platform
- Market research for new product & ecommerce website
- Manage the listing of the product.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by superior
- Keep up with trends in the e-commerce space, competitors’ activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas
